Be Careful Where You Stay

Hotels can sometimes be dark, seedy places
So many come and go you can’t remove all traces

But on Occasion you find a whole lot more
Then a leaky faucet or a crack in the door

Strange stains or smells that won’t go away
It might be a good time to shorten your stay

Or request a new room before it’s too late
For exploration could put a twist in your fate

But if nosing around is what your decide
You may be a suspect in a ghastly homicide
